We are proud, not only of the personal attention and consideration you will receive from everyone at the hotel from the moment you arrive, but also of the cooking, which we believe you’ll find traditional, wholesome and homely. Our cook has the rare talent of producing the right meal without the fuss using all the produce we use from local suppliers where possible. We try our best to cater for all dietary requirements including Vegetarian, Vegan, gluten free, dairy free diets.

Appetiser Homemade Vegetable Soup with fresh brown soda bread - Goats Cheese Salad - Smoked Salmon salad with our own homemade smoked mackeral pate.
Main Courses Fillet of Kerry beef served with pepper sauce, sauted onions and mushrooms
Ring of Kerry Quality Lamb cutlets served with a rosemary and red wine jus.
Baked Hake served with a lemon butter sauce
Poached Fillet of Salmon served on a bed of creamy leeks and mustard sauce.
Half honey roast duck served on a bed of braised red cabbage, mushroom and balsamic sauce.
Chicken breast stuffed with goats cheese, sun blushed tomatoes and pesto and wrapped in parma ham.
Dessert A Selection of Desserts including our homemade Apple crumble, Toblerone Cheesecake, Glencar`s answer to Eton Mess and many more options including Gluten free choices.
