Glencar House is an excellent location for having your own houseparty break in the country. Perhaps you’re planning a special birthday or anniversary, family re-union – or even if you just fancy a great weekend away with friends in Kerry – then Glencar is just the place for you.

Available at any time from mid-August to March (apart from Christmas & New Year), Glencar is perfect for an intimate houseparties for up to 40 people – with much to do! Great walks, hills to climb, rivers to fish, hot whiskies and open-fires, a splendid snooker room and all surrounded by stunning scenery.

We offer generous discounts off our normal room rate for houseparty breaks – just call us and we’ll be happy to negotiate.

All you have to do is guarantee a party of at least 20 people for at least 2 nights and 2 dinners. You’ll then get the whole house - open turf fires, a full staff and you can use all the rooms, with no supplements or other hidden charges.
